Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Immaculate Heart School. We would love the opportunity to speak to you more about our school and give you a tour! Here is an overview of our admissions process:

  1. Families take a tour with the principal to visit our beautiful campus.

  2. Families will receive a Registration Packet with information to take with them. The packet may also be downloaded by selecting the button on this page.

  3. Students going into Kindergarten and First Grade will sign up to take a Readiness Assessment. Students entering grades 2-8 will be asked to submit copies of report cards for the current and previous year, copies of any special learning or behavioral plans (i.e. IEPs, 504s, etc.) along with a letter of recommendation from the Principal and current Teacher.

  4. Once items have been submitted, or the Readiness Assessment has been given, families will receive a letter indicating whether or not they have been accepted at Immaculate Heart Academy.

  5. If accepted, families may submit the Registration Packet and pay the registration fee (non-refundable) to secure their child’s spot at Immaculate Heart.

  6. Our Scholarship Director will be available to all new families who have registered to help with the scholarship application process.

  7. Further information will be sent to families as they prepare to be future Knights!
